The Fluid Start is a course designed to help you get out of your head and back into your body so you can feel alive again.

So many of us are walking around day to day with all of our energy in our heads and consumed with our to do lists. As a result, we forget to feel our bodies until it's too late and injury, fatigue or the like take over our life experience.

What To Expect In This Course

During our time together you'll learn simple self-care techniques to help you feel what is going on underneath the surface of your skin, and help you remember that you're a human being, and not a human doing!

Some techniques are meditation-style, some are movement based, while others teach you how to cultivate your own therapeutic touch, along with a healthy shift in mindset.
